We’ve used Juan and his team since 2011 to clean the bathrooms at our home and to do a whole house clean of our rental property before new tenants move in. In both cases, they do a thorough job deep cleaning the house and rooms from top to bottom and ensure no cleaning residue is left on surfaces. We recently also hired them to clean the windows (inside and outside) at the rental property; they stayed late to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Juan is also considerate. For example, one time Juan vacuumed our downstairs bathroom before cleaning the upstairs bathrooms to minimize interruption of my kids’ Zoom class session. I manage a few rental properties. Tenant change-over is always a pain but Juan and his team makes it so much easier. He will make all rooms, windows, kitchen and baths look like new. He'll power wash the exterior if you wish and shampoo the carpet too. His service doesn't just stop there. He is so handy that he can paint your walls, fix your doors and blinds, etc.  Recently he even pushed it to a new level by removing wasp nests.
